Who is this course for?
For students aged 12 to 16 who enjoy drawing and want to deepen their skills in realistic drawing.
What will I learn?
Materials Knowledge & Drawing Techniques
You'll get an overview of various drawing materials and explore how they behave. You'll also learn helpful tips and tricks to draw as precisely and cleanly as possible.
Form, Light & Shadow
Learn how to represent shapes realistically and three-dimensionally. We'll practice using light and shadow intentionally to make your drawings more vivid and lifelike.
Creative Projects & Exhibition
You'll work on your own subjects, draw from your favorite reference, and create a still life that you arrange yourself. At the end of the course, all artworks will be presented in a small exhibition – friends and family are warmly invited!

Process & schedule
- 5-day long workshop, 30 hours of lessons in total
- Class times: Monday-Friday from 9:30-16:30
- Lunch break: 12:30-13:30
- Language: German and/or English, depending on individual language skills

Materials needed
Before the Workshop starts, we’ll give you a list with the exact materials you are going to need. These consist of paper, pencils or kneadable erasers among other things.
If you want to have it easier, you could also buy our Starter Set Drawing and get all of the materials you need at the start of your workshop.
